Our Service Policy
* There is a 15 min grace period. If you are 15min past scheduled appointment time your appointment will be canceled, deposit forfeited, and customer will have to reschedule. Every second counts for your scheduled service.
* Everyday Smiles has 48-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, the card on file will be charged:
Teeth Brightening appointments are subject to 50% fee of service, charged to the card on file. Services are non- refundable.
Tooth Gem appointments- Deposit will be forfeited.
* Deposit for service(s) will be deducted from the overall cost of your service and is non-refundable.
* Final balance is due at appointment.
* If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify Everyday Smiles within 48 hours of receiving your service and we will do our best to come to a positive compromise.
* Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment. In most cases, return to you will take 5-7 business days (depending on client bank) to post in your original form of payment.
Mobile Service- Travel fee applies
* Mobile to You- VIP Customer(s) only- Home, office, or workplace must be clean and ready to set up for service. If environment is not up to standard (unclean, messy, nasty to my taste) the appointment will be rescheduled, and you will have option to be seen at studio location. (1984 The Alameda San Jose, CA) The travel fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Customer(s) deposit is applied towards new appointment. Customer must be rescheduled at least 2 days out nor more than 5days, for onsite location service.
If no new appointment is rescheduled within time frame offer is void.
* Not offered for regular tooth gem service. Unless scheduled for group of 4 or more. Must schedule for Tooth Gem Party Service Everyday Smiles Policy Form 2025
Privacy Policy For Your Personal Information
* If you request a copy of your personal information, and or safety data sheets, Everyday Smiles will supply this information. In conjunction with the privacy policy. This request must be submitted first in writing, and you have the right to edit your Information, subject to certain exceptions.
* Everyday Smiles is committed to ensuring your personal information provided to us is secure. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you may transmit to us or receive from us.
* All transaction and payments made using highly encrypted 3rd party payment processors, such as Vemo, Zelle who will direct your payments to Everyday Smiles.
* By using our site and our services, you hereby agree to the Terms, Conditions and Policies outlined in this document.
* Everyday Smiles reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time; changes will be posted where appropriate and effective immediately.
